REAL BUILDS · A CLEARER PICTURE
Our project gallery shows real buildings built by Joint Builders. It gives you a closer look at our work beyond the polished pictures used around the website.
We enhance selected marketing and product images to make buildings easier to see. This can include adjusting light and color, removing jobsite clutter, and improving or replacing the surrounding landscape, or staging furnishings inside existing openings. Some edits use AI-assisted tools.
Gallery project photos keep their original composition and appearance, with resizing and compression for faster loading. The disclosed screenshot-overlay cleanup is the exception. Edited images are presentations of our work; compare them with project photos to see the original setting. Visual details may differ, and your selected specifications determine what is included.
Before publishing, we strip embedded GPS coordinates, camera and device details, capture timestamps, and other unnecessary EXIF, IPTC, and XMP metadata. We use neutral filenames for prepared gallery images and avoid customer names and street addresses in captions. Required orientation and color information may be retained.
Removing metadata does not erase visible details. Photos are reviewed for identifying information such as house numbers, license plates, documents, and people before publication.
A separate Concepts section is planned for future building ideas and experimental projects. Those images will be identified as concepts, not presented as completed Joint Builders projects.
These comparisons show how an actual project photo becomes an edited website presentation. Landscaping and visual details in an edited image are not a promise of included features.
The edited image cleans up the jobsite surroundings, adds landscaping, and adjusts lighting and presentation.
The edited image presents the completed building in a landscaped setting with adjusted lighting and background.
The edited image removes surrounding clutter and window stickers and changes landscaping, lighting, and some visual details.
